Warranty

The Georgetown Door Lite® is warranted against breakage for a period of 10 years. Through our unique manufacturing process, the Georgetown Door Lite® offers a product with a scratch resistant high light transmission and low haze enhanced weatherability. Slight color variations may occur during the natural aging process, enhancing the character and further emulating the look of real glass. Though dramatically reduced through the edge green formulation in the production process, those color variations do not represent a warrantable issue. Damages arising during installation, finishing, or cleaning not in accordance with the Georgetown Door Lite® instructions are not covered under warranty. Alterations to the Georgetown Door Lite® product void all warranty and safety certifications and are strictly prohibited. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Georgetown Door Lite® only. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Georgetown Door Lite® reserves the right to replace warranted product or refund the original purchase price of the product covered under this warranty. Products purchased with the Georgetown Door Lite® factory installed are covered for the Georgetown Door Lite® portion only (for complete product warranty, contact original product manufacturer). Labor costs associated with (but not limited to) repairing, replacing, or refinishing are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered by the Georgetown Door Lite® warranty. Product deemed defective must be returned to Georgetown Door Lite® with a copy of the original purchase receipt.
